I thought season 4 was their weakest by far. I hope the show rebounds this season. The overall storyline hasn't really been all that compelling since season 2, and the addition of Jesse is more distracting than anything, his character adds nothing to the show.
Still, I'll most certainly be watching.

I felt the exact opposite, I liked Jesse's addition. He was a needed distraction otherwise all you'd see was Sam and Fiona fighting or Michael and Fiona running hot or cold. The downside is he takes screen time away from Sam Axe, but I think his form of distraction was needed to keep the show from getting stale.

I can kind of agree with this. His character is pretty straight laced and boring and he didn't really bring in a new skill set or assets to use. They should have made him Cuban and tight with the local gang bangers or something.
