I think Walt goes after Lydia because she knows where the naZis lab is. Walt will use Lydia's daughter to force her to tell him where they are

Naw....if you recall, there wasn't a strong sense of urgency on Walts part to get there.
He was very methodical.
I don't think anything pressing happens to bring him back...at least nothing that time is of the essence.
Revenge is the only thing I can see.

I don't think Holly makes it back to Skylar unless Walt left a note. Probably doesn't want his daughter growing up thinking her dad was this horrible person and tore their family apart.
Granted, he did horrible things, but if Skylar had just kept her mouth shut, none of this would have gone down. Hell if Jesse kept his mouth shut, nothing would have gone down.
The only thing that has really bothered me about the whole show is that when Skylar figured everything out in the Season Two finale she automatically went to the drugs, yet when she needed to bullshite Marie, she came up with gambling on the fly. That really bugged and still does kind of bug me, but whatever.

What? The firefighters will report finding a baby to the police and they'll know whose it is within an hour. This isn't the dark ages, writing the address on the baby's forehead isn't necessary.

I thought about that, but it seemed like Walt was a good bit out of town. If he really wanted her to get back to Skylar, there would have been a note. Eh, either way, what happens to Holly is the least of my interest.
