Jesse now knows how fricked up Walt is and how manipulative he's been.
He may not be perfect...but compared to Walt he's Mother Theresa. I don't see how anyone can side with Walt....other than he's the main character of the show.
He uses people for his own gain...kills people to save his own life...uses his neighbor as bait to make sure hitmen aren't waiting for him in his house.
He is a piece of shite that has taken advantage of a kids respect for him....and frankly a lack of a paternal relationship.

Yeah but 90% of the real shite that has come down in Walt's life has been a direct result of saving Jesse's life.
He's happily cooking meth (or maybe flat out retired) in the basement laundromat if he lets Gus' boys kill Jesse. And what does Jesse do by way of thanks? Becomes Gus' and Mike's adopted stepson and contribute to hanging Walt out to dry.
Jesse is Walt without the brains and, quite frankly, the balls.

Jesse could have gone after Walt on moral grounds and tried to kill him himself. I could have supported that, since Walt is on a more morally bankrupt level than Jesse. Jesse still isn't a saint, but he lost my support the second he went to the DEA. frick Pinkman in his bitch rat mouth.

He's not in DEA custody and I don't think he's dumb enough to think Hank really gives 2 shits about him. I imagine he could have gotten away from Hanks house if he wanted to.

Read Carson and DURANTULLA posts a couple pages back again. There's no way around it; Jesse is the reason Jesse is so sad and upset. Walt did a whole bunch of things to save Jesse from his own dumb arse self.

To be fair, I think that Jesse is essentially under arrest. Hank wanted to put him in jail at first before Jesse reminded him what happened to Mike's guys.
He's not (and never was) free to come and go as he pleased once Hank caught him at Walt's house and definitely not after his confession.
