Jessie won't be in custody long. They don't have shite on him. My guess is Saul gets him out and they meet up with Walt out in the desert. (Based on a preview scene.)

Just rewatched, Walt is definitely meeting up with Jessie and Saul out in the desert.
Re: Hank's last quote "he won't get off that easy." makes me think Marie is goading hank to kill Walt or to maybe let it go? Though that would require her to do a complete 180.
Walt seems plagued with distrust of nearly everyone.
