Walt was right to let Jane OD
She threatened him with blackmail.
She and Jesse would have both overdosed anyway if they had gotten away with the money like they planned.
If they hadn't overdosed they certainly would have been busted by LEO, the money would have been seized and likely traced back to Walt- if not, Jane would certainly have rolled on Walt or convinced Jesse to do so with her silver tongue.
Walt was right to let Jane OD.

I'm doing my first rewatch and really forgot how much she threatened the whole thing. Really don't care for her character at all, idk if that was intentional by the writers or not. I see how she is essential to the plot though, especially given how shite goes down with her dad. I also just really don't like that actress, couldn't get into Jessica Jones because of her.
Breaking Bad is in competition with 24 as having the most irritating ensemble female cast of characters of all time for me:
-Jane
-Skylar
-Marie
-Head crushhing Junkie wench
-The bitch who colluded to cut Walt out of millions before the beginning of the events of the series.
I disliked all of these characters more than Tuco.

Yes, but once she threatened him directly she was no longer an innocent. She was "in the game" at thath point and fair play.

It was as much her fault as anyones. She tried to blackmail Walt with the money he owed Jesse. Jesse didnt even give a shite. He was just happy to be with her
