I doubt Hank would be doing it for money. He really seems to hate bad guys.
I think they probably showed him pictures of his family going about their day and told him that at anytime his wife could be picked up and raped and then dropped off. That would be the first warning. Then maybe the next time they would rape her and take a hand or foot.
So I think the life of his family is in jeopardy. That is why he is working for them when he is in El Paso.
Once again, pure speculation, but it has always bothered me that he went to the truck and was having a panic attack right before the head exploded.

You, too! I thought something was wrong with this when it happened. Do you also remember how out-of-place Hank felt in El Paso? He seemed to be in over his head.

Carmen's going to lay some of that thick, juicy Latin booty on Walt and he'll start referring to Skyler as "what's her name?"

I hope you're right, but I'm not so sure this is going to happen. I think they're setting it up to make us think that, and I think Walt tries to make a desperate move on her next week, but I don't think she goes for it.
Women don't like a desperate man, and Walt is most certainly that.

Gus just needs to keep Walt alive long enough until he dies from cancer. That way he can milk Walt for all he's worth and then Walt dies naturally without any bloodshed on his hands.

At the rate he's going now, Walt may take the ol' .38 and put it to his temple and "off" himself. That would be the ultimate revenge - Walter, Jr., would never forgive Skyler if this happened.
