Borg vs McEnroe

Pretty good movie. 3.5 stars. Even knowing the outcome, it still had some tension to it.
The film seemed to be meant more for Borg, and not McEnroe in regards to their childhood. Shia did ok in his role.
It may take tennis fans or players to enjoy this movie. But well done

It was because the movie centers around the match where Mac loses after the famous tie-break and Borg was already the 4 time champion.
His first meeting with Mac at Wimbledon would be the last Wimbledon title Borg would win.
Mac was the upstart, it would be weird to center the movie on the loser of that match.

That tiebreaker reminds me of Rocky 4. The crowd went from hating McEnroe to cheering for him.

Yeah totally. They still wanted Borg to win by a large margin but they were appreciating greatness in Mac.
