Yep, the previews foreshadowed his sister as Richard was talking about not seeing her for years.

1. I may have missed it but I don't think it's fully explained yet about the agent. I think he saw how things work and will try get a big payout for allowing certain things to go on. Or maybe he's legit and will shut down the whole operation.
2. Harrow's killing spree is left to speculation at this point.

It was a struggle to make it through every episode, and darmody's character was the only reason I cared at all about what happened. Once they got rid of him, they got rid of me. I really wanted to like the show, but outside of a few key moments, I was just left feeling indifferent.
