28 Days Later was always intentionally grainy. It looks like it's supposed to look on bluray.

bullshite. I watched my regular dvd in my blu ray player and upconverted it looked 10 times better than the blu ray. It's still grainy, but the bluray is actually blurry.

I got Dog Day Afternoon from netflix yesterday and it looked amazing, especially considering it's over thirty years old

bluray isnt dying anytime soon. It may down the road but not right now
