Whitney seems like a complete mess and is going to be solid entertainment. Hope she sticks around a while. She's definitely going to get into a showmance or three.
Her intro video was pretty cringe though.
Alyssa seems like the most boring person in the world, but maybe it takes her some time to come out of her shell.
Overall it seems like a pretty good cast, but that can obviously change. Hopefully there's some cutthroat game play.

I'm glad they did it like that to somewhat equalize things. If it was a straight up schoolyard pick you'd have Xavier, Travis, and all the strong dudes picked first. Then the hot girls. Then you'd be left with the fatties or uggos which doesn't really help the game any.

agree. I'd have to go back and look at my first posts in previous BB Season long threads but I think this may be hte first season i can recall that I truly don't hate anyone out of the gates. There are a few that are a bit annoying, but it seems like most years there's someone that is just soooo over the top I instantly dislike them. Not the case this year.
There aren't as many hots this year either compared to years past which honestly I don't hate, because I would MUCH prefer to get solid strategic gameplayers that want to be there and win money instead of fricking "influencers" who only want to be on TV. Alyssa is stunning, Whitney is pretty good looking, and the rest range from aight to not good.
Antoher thing I was a bit shocked by was Derek X. Based on his picture I thought he'd be the megagay or trans cast member but he seems like a regular down to earth cool guy. Travis initially seemed like he wanted to be a Tyler clone but I don't see that after 1 episode.
Overall I'm digging so far. i don't have feeds so I just keep up in here and on reddit to see what's going on so hopefully CBS will give us some good edits.

I haven't had time to really start liking anyone yet so my feelings won't be hurt either way but I don't want travis to go yet. He seems like he's got potential to not only go far but be a pretty entertaining likeable HG too.

He's going to try to play the game "woke" and piss the other houseguests off along the way IMO. And as someone else said, he's already talking backdoors on week 1 after winning 2 (really 3) comps on night one, that is way too hard out the gate.

If a woman wins next week, he’s pretty much guaranteed safety.
I think he’s really only at a huge risk of going up if one of the people he noms this week wins HoH next week.
I hope Brent goes this week. Only person on this cast who seems like an a-hole. Travis could go either way for me at this point. Solid cast overall though.

And I thought Alyssa looked good in her pics but she’s too skinny and seemed pretty boring honestly. Like someone else said maybe she’s just a little shy and needs time to come out of her shell.

We thought Christian seemed much more like the Tyler clone. Travis actually seems pretty cool. I think him and Kyland could be a good power duo, especially if they bring in Derek like someone else mentioned.
