I think it would be better TV if Cody comes back but it'd be hilarious if Cameron goes back into the house a month after only being in the house for a max of 10 hours

While I think that production does frick with the game outcomes, I believe Jess won it. Jokers turned pro-Jess this last week, some for wanting chaos and others because she used her social game. Given the samples size of Jokers posters it makes sense.
