In the Coushatta episode of BCS Huel is supposed to be from Coushatta, LA and Saul concocts a scheme to get him out of jail using a fake church based in Coushatta.

It's a super small town - is there any real life connection to Coushatta by vince gilligan or any of the cast?

I grew up in Coushatta, so I was very disappointed when the episode had no real references or ties to it. AND OUR POST OFFICE IS WAY NICER DAMN IT!

Loved the use of Les McCann's "Burnin' Coal" in the beginning of the episode.

Seems weird that they would use a real town, and not film a church or post office there.

I used to play baseball against Coushatta growing up. It was really cool seeing it in Bcs

My guess is that Coushatta REALLY sounds like a little coonass town in Louisiana so it played really well.

LMAO! The best thing in Coushatta is Lester Farms and it's on the other side of the river.

I grew up just a bit down 371...I keep forgetting they changed the name of that highway.

The best thing FROM Coushatta is former LSU DL Bennie Logan.

I grew up in Shreveport. If someone told you they were from Coushatta you just expected trouble.
