Dynasty, Dallas and Falcon Crest. Nothing beats the 80's nighttime soaps.

The A-team was awesome too!

Have to go with that one as well.

Shows that have a different opening stand apart.

The Rockford opening is different each week...different message left on his voicemail...usually people pissed at him.

And then the iconic theme.

Coupled with still shots of him just around town.

The whole opening is just different all around.

I wonder when we started calling it voicemail. Not back then for sure.

When it started being recorded on your phone instead of a separate device or service. You had answering machines and message services then voicemail.
