Thomas Newman's original score for "Road To Perdition" is the most beautiful piece of music that I have ever heard in a movie. Bold statement, I know, but it's that great.

Louis Prima - I wanna be like you - is the best song Disney has ever put on the screen. It’s just fantastic in every way.

This was the first that popped into my head.

The arrangement of the theme from Jurassic Park when Grant and Ellie see the Brachiosaurus for the first time.
