My favorite would have to be the taxi chase scene in The Bourne Supremacy that's in Russia.

Bullitt still the gold standard.

I like the one in Ronin, as well.

Bullitt - Pretty much set the standard.

And the motorcycle chase scene in The Great Escape. Steve McQueeen knew how to do a chase scene.

The parkour scene going through the construction site at the beginning of Quantum of Solace was pretty good.

He was a really good driver, himself, so that helped.

Paul Newman just didn't do a bunch of movies with car chases, but was another credible celebrity driver, as well.

I had heard that he did a lot of the motorcycle scene in TGE himself. Not sure if that's true or not, but it wouldn't surprise me. He was an adrenaline junky IRL.

ETA: There used to be a stories of Paul Newman having a VW body on a Porsche out in Hollywood and punking people out on the streets.

Bud Ekins did the jump, he also was one of the stunt guys in Bullitt.

There are some scenes where he is edited into chasing himself - he didn't do the jump, for insurance purposes, but he did a good bit of the motorcycle work - he was probably a better motorcycle racer and car driver than stuntmen of the day.
