Just watched the episode last night. It was awesome. Had a feeling they would change it up a bit. I was surprised by how much they showed for both shower scenes.

We have four episodes left so who do we think lives and who do we think dies
Romero - dies. Dude is on a suicide mission.
Chick - lives. I think he lives to put his book out about Norman. Though now that Norman is fully aware that Norma is in his head, Norman might have some questions for Chick about him pretending to see and hear Norma.
Dylan - dies. He's definitely on his way back to White Pine Bay. I think Dylan will get physical with Norman and Norma takes over and takes him out.
Emma - lives. Only because of the baby do I think she makes it out alive.
Madelyn - dies. I'm torn on this one but I think she spends too much time poking around to find out what happened to Sam and she gets it.
New sheriff - dies. This is hopeful more than anything. I want to see Norman get away with everything

Yep. I figure that is how they will end it, after most of the others are dead.
Emma and baby will live. Then, in the final scene, the camera will catch baby's face, and we see his little eyes turn black.
