Man that ending was awesome.
I don't know how else they could have ended it.
No way Norman could walk away clean and it would have been horrible to see him locked up.
Norman saying Thank You tore me up.
And damn Vera is one beautiful woman.

yeah she is!
i will never understand the rationale of him killing her then being her and wanting to be with her.
but thats why im not a psychologist. i was kinda hoping romero would kill him of but it had to be dylan in the end.

Just finished watching. Not sure how I feel about that ending.
Norman was great as usual. The dinner with Dylan and Norma was amazing. That crazy mf cracks me up.
Man I thought he was going to kill the kid Dylan.
Romero fricked up ignoring Norman after whipping his arse. Not saying he was crazy as Norman, but crying over a dead woman.
Emma and the lady at the hotel didnt call the police. Would have thought one of them would have.
Sucks this show is over. Gonna miss it

They ended the show just when it was getting good.

The more I think about the ending the more I like it. To have Dylan be the one to kill Norman is perfect.

I bet the new owners, the Patels, will paint the house. It doesn't have a flake left on it.
That painter bill is going to be enormous. The new owner will see it, fly into a rage, kick the painter's ladder from beneath him, splat, stash the painter's body in the basement, and ... sequel!

Remember there was already some crazy stuff going on at Hotel when Norma bought it. The Asian girl tied up in one of the rooms. That place is cursed.

Season 4 finale
His murder/suicide attempt didn’t exactly go as planned. Norman had fired up the faulty water heater to fill the house with gas, closed all the vents, and climbed into bed with his mother, hoping to go gently into the good night (while “Mr. Sandman” played oh-so-creepily in the background). But after an epic fight with Norma, Romero came racing back to the house and found mother and son — just in time to rescue at least one of them.

I thought the finale was great. Would have rather seen his brother kill him than the cops. Norman left a path of destruction in his wake for sure.
I had no idea the guy that played Norman was British.

Finally got to watch the whole episode without any interruptions.
I thought it was a good ending. Sad it's over. I think they probably could have gotten 1 or 2 more episodes out of the final season. But oh well.
I enjoyed the "end of the series" special that flollowed. Looks like they all thoroughly enjoyed making the show. I did know that Freddie was British; didn't know he was a genius.

His brother Dylan did kill Norman, not the police.

Just finished the last couple of episodes this morning. What a great series and Freddie did some of the best acting I've ever seen. Since the beginning I always wanted the last scene to end by the door opening to the hotel and it's Marion but I'm happy with the ending they had. Really wish more people would take notice of this series. It's amazing that a stupid show like TWD gets all these viewers but a great series like this that's well acted and has a great story doesn't.
