Ava movie dumbest

Turned it off after 10 minutes. Jessica Chastain is so overrated.

Worse, trust me. I watched both and Ava is a hundred times worse.

I'm betting it comes off exactly as the trailer shows. No interested, but thanks for confirming.

Many stories have emerged of the bad-arse, deadly women of World War II (and you can imagine many untold stories from the Cold War). One of my favorites stories is of the Dutch teen sisters who killed Nazis. It's well-documented that women have been fighters and undercover operatives for all of history. What some people here seem to object to the most is the notion of women beating men in hand-to-hand combat. But, as others here have noted before, when you look at the movie depictions of male action heroes single-handedly taking on hordes of enemies, while using clearly terrible fighting tactics, it's obvious that 99% of Hollywood movie fight scenes are unrealistic. And the plot of 99% of action movies can easily be picked apart. But I guess some people only notice it when a woman is the star of the over-the-top, poorly written action movie.
