I just hope it isn't bad plastic surgery that has done that her. You can fix extreme weight loss, but can't fix bad plastic surgery.

Sarah was never in the comics, and Arrow doesn't follow any DC comic series that I know of.
But the showrunners have stated some things that some would deem as spoilers for Laurel's character. I won't post them, but they have been discussed in other threads.

No man, I've never read a Green Arrow comic in my life. And even if I had, Laurel is Black Canary in the comics, not Sarah, so a comic reader would have no clue what they are going to do anyway. I'm just speculating since they've been hinting at it all season, and I figure some main character will have to die at some point. She seems the most likely to bite it, particularly with them trying to redeem Laurel and having the family reunion.

Well there's like 5 different Arrow comics anyway so to know which one they're pulling from is very hard. for all we know they're using all of them.
