Lastly, they aren't faking a death. Whoever is in that ground is dead, and its probably Lance after he showed up to help.
It's probably gonna be lamer than that. It'll probably be Felicity's mom that gets killed. That is why Barry didn't try harder to get to the funeral, yet apologized for not making it to his friend's mother's funeral. That'll be a huge cop out imo after to tease buildup. But I can definitely see them go that route.

Anyone have any ideas regarding the corn?
I'm guessing that the corn is some sort of bioweapon that he plans on using to kill off a large portion of the city.

Boston Brand is in that grave.
He'll be back.

Anyone think Oliver goes after Darhk's family?

I feel like they're narrowing down the deaths to either Laurel, Lance, or Malcolm. No way it's Felicity as it's too obvious now; but also because of that stupid lie Ollie's trick had him keep about the kid last week. You know they introduced that crap just to stir up some drama down the line.
Malcolm, Lance, and Laurel each showed up tonight and played the heroic role saving Oliver's behind. A little bit of redemption for Malcolm in the big scheme of things; but that's how shows like this work - character redeems himself and then BAM dead. I just don't see Barry giving a shite about Malcolm's death.
So...
I think the clear choice is Lance as his role in the show has diminished as more characters were added (and especially as more powerful villains have been introduced). Barry interacted with him previously, and they've done a fair job of establishing a closer relationship between Lance and Oliver this season. I'm guessing he either sacrifices himself for Laurel or for Oliver, personally.
I'm also throwing Laurel out there just because it'd be a complete shock to eliminate the Black Canary from the Green Arrow mythos. However, she's largely unneeded in this show (and is by far the worst actor in the main cast, in my opinion). The chemistry has never been there between her and Oliver either. It would firmly establish that this show is not beholden in the least to the comics. Still, my pick is Lance - just makes sense (and they ain't throwing away that tween girl audience that gets excited over Olicity).

No, they came to that understanding earlier this season (though last year it was pretty much understood that Lance knew what the story was).

DD is one twisted SOB.
Was shocked that crazy MF had a family. Wonder if Diggs brother knows that about DD and will reveal it

DD talks about the Nazis, then puts a Jew (Felicity) in a gas chamber. This show has some balls.
Thought the episode was pretty good, except for the multiple times oliver was oblivious to DD coming for him. Who would drive away in a limo after everthyibg that has happened. It was cool to see Malcolm dressed as green arrow.

I thought that was crazy as hell. They made a huge point to point out that she was Jewish at the beginning of the episode, then had the whole Nazi speech, then they stuck her arse in a gas chamber. That was nuts.

You would've thought that Darhk would've noticed that the Green Arrow went from having blond hair, to all of a sudden having black hair. Just saying.

Darhk: Put them into the gas chamber!
Felicity: Really? You're going to kill me, a Jew, in a gas chamber?
Darhk: I am so sorry. I had no idea that you were Jewish. Oh my God, I can't believe that I did this. This is so out of line, and I apologize. There is no excuse for this. You're right. I should do my due diligence and make sure that my death traps aren't culturally insensitive. My bad.

You could see his hair through the hood?

You could see his bangs.
But besides the hair, Malcolm look totally different than Oliver even with the mask. And it's not like Darhk didn't get a good look at him. He was staring right at him while he was going all Darth Vader (the force choke and all) on him.

What if the death is Oliver's son? Only Barry showed up at the end and it seems like that would make sense since he just started a relationship with his son.

I said that on Page 17.

So sad.

Yeah, it did seem like they implied the timeline ramifications would hit on The Arrow side this time. With change happening on the Arrow half, and the way Barry pointedly described it to Oliver.
Is Malcolm resurrecting Savage to deal with Dhark? Plus, how will he do it? Has the pit been fixed? Is there a new pit? Does he know of other ways to resurrect someone?
These questions answered, and more! After the winter break.
