Yeah, it was already confirmed by the showrunners before the season started that he'd return for an episode or two, so you're not in any danger of spoilers.
So I'm wondering if he'll be part of the Suicide Squad now, or is he going to actually escape from the island? I'm guessing Suicide Squad. I'd love to see a situation where he is forced to work with Oliver in some way (like maybe a SS mission), because I loved their interactions when they were working together on the island. Can't wait for his return.

I don't think Slade is her killer. First off, Slade really never seemed very fond of using arrows. Also he doesn't jive with Felicity's description of the killer.
Although with that said, it would be kind of cool if Slade was able to kill Sara even after Oliver beat him and locked him away.
I'm wondering if he'll be part of the Suicide Squad, and the Squad will be tasked with rescuing Oliver from Nanda Parbat. That would be pretty cool twist to have Slade be responsible for rescuing Oliver.

Lest we forget Sara and Slade weren't on the best terms. Sara knew her killer and wasn't shocked to see him/her

But she looked very confused and didn't get defensive. If it was Slade standing there when she turned around I would think she would've had an oh crap moment and immediately would've gone into a defensive position.

It is hard to tell from the picture, but I doubt that it is. It's my educated guess that Maseo won't make it out of this season's flashbacks alive.

No I'm pretty sure its him. If it is then that means the ARGUS story line in the past somehow ties into the LoA story line in the present.

Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing. I wouldn't blame him either. If I were him being stuck up in Nanda Parbat, I'd all all over her fine arse. 
But yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if they go with a storyline similar to Bruce and Talia.
