also not sure how that type of character would fit with the tone of this show. think they are staying away from that type of stuff.

I like the season 1 intro a lot better. Him saying in the season 2 intro that he had to stop killing to honor Tommy is a little cheesy imo.

Yeah, but how would they put a real world spin on the GL character? They are stretching it with Flash & the Mirakuru, but trying to explain an intergalactic police officer would take it too far I would think.

I watched the season of Arrow on Amazon a few months ago. When will the new season be on Amazon?

No you didn't Season 2 Episode 16 just aired yesterday

whats great about this show, is that they set up a bunch of storlines around the DC universe that no episode is a filler.

I started season one a few weeks ago on Netflix and then caught season two on watch32.com and I truly have enjoyed the whole series. I stuck with Smallville through the good and the bad and I think Arrow learned from the mistakes that show made i.e. Villain of the week, short story lines etc.
Another high point of the show are the flashbacks and how relevant they are to the present, especially lately with Slade.
The acting on the show is great as far as the main cast is concerned, even if a few randoms from week to week aren't the best. Like mentioned ^^ I am a little curious how a true "super" will play out in a grounded universe. I would love to see them embrace the full DC universe in regards to some super powered individuals but not bring in the big 3. I would love for this show and The Flash to tie into Batman vs Superman in 2016 with some Easter eggs in that movie and set up a JLA movie in 2017.
