Lots of good source material to work with here and from intitial looks it seems promising in its potential. Michael Shannon lends immediate respectability.

I wonder if they will push an agenda or play it straight down the middle. Crazy cultists, trigger happy weekend warriors, and political players in over their heads all have roles here.

DVR is set. Bunch of things coming on or are on that I'm into.

Watched the first episode of the Versace thing on FX. All in on that one too.

Michael Shannon and Shea Wigham must be friends because they seem like they are always in the same things.

Set it to record, but haven't watched yet.

I heard an interview on the radio yesterday. Apparently, they had the FBI's hostage negotiator that was there and a former member of the Branch Davidians that was there on set as advisers during shooting. They said the studio worked really hard to give viewers an inside view and an outside view with no slant either direction.

Was it ever proven that Koresh cucked them, the modern sense of the word?
I mean, dude thought he was the Lamb. Many of his wives were on record saying he didn't fornicate for pleasure but purely to reproduce & would stop himself mid stroke if he felt himself enjoying it.

I don’t think if a guy is fricking your wife it makes a difference whether he likes it or not or whether he’s doing it to make a baby.

He’s balls deep in your wife. You’re cucked.

Yep ... been watching. Had already read two of the three books it is based upon. They're doing a good job of presenting it so far.
