The difference is those other 3 have nothing to do with his character. Ultron on the other hand completely encompasses his character. It really says that deep down Tony Stark is a genocidal mad man who is obsessed with obsessing humanity as a whole and despises ever slight flaw within our species.

Seems like a pretty big spoiler.

I take it this is a Hodor thread and no one would care if the movies had left out a crucially important character?

So somebody got saved from watching an hour of citizen evacuation.

Tony creating Ultron was known about a year before the movie ever came out, it's not exactly a spoiler.

Tony is becoming an increasingly mad scientist and control freak.
His freak out since the Battle of NY is well established.
Good man, bad choices...which is what sets up Civil War.
I'm actually surprised that Tony is actually still in the armor these days and I mean that literally. He can control the suit via remote location, there is little need for him to be there.
but then again IM3 was largely disregarded by AoU.

I do. I was blasted for posting about it a couple of months ago. I still think it was out of character for him and a HUGE step back from the progression of his character. All of these movies that have come out and Stark has learned nothing. Pretty disappointing.
