Who watches anime in dubs anyway?
There are very few that are worthy of being watched as English dubs no questions asked.
Black Lagoon
Cowboy Bebop
Hellsing Ultimate
Baccano
Evangelion movies
Samurai Champloo
Just to name a few.

Not an argument over sub v dub, just saying that for those watching SD on Cartoon Network, the story line has been altered somehow because of language.

I do almost exclusively. The only time I don't is when the dub is not available. Though there are things lost in translation in a dub, and also just shitty dubs in general, it is easier for me to become immersed in a story when it's presented in english.

Since these two are about the only ones I can stand dubbed (besides a couple old movies that I grew up watching on dubbed VHS), and they were both directed by Watanabe too, I was initially okay with watching Space Dandy dubbed.
ETA - First episode was on demand yesterday. Also looks like it will be repeated Saturday and the second episode doesn't air until the next.

So you want recommendations? Shounen/seinen is a genre of manga, not a title. Was curious if the manga had to be finished (whether still in progress or whether the US publisher has finished releasing over here) in order for you to consider it.

I watched Space Dandy today, and I thought it was alright. I like Watanabe's work, but this may not be my cup of tea.

I haven't watched any episodes in a few days so I might get back into it tonight.
Also, for anyone who can't quit Kimi no Iru Machi, the manga is finally coming to an end in 3 weeks. This will be the conclusion of one of the biggest trolls in the history of manga. Seriously, the story is pretty ridiculous, but I couldn't stop reading it since I had already come this far
