Not me. I was a pretty loyal viewer. But with Simon gone, I just can't do it anymore. There's no doubt the show and talent quality have declined in recent years...but now they lost the best judge AND brought in fricking Jennifer Lopez? No thanks.

I could do without Simon, and I could even deal with J. Lo.
But the simple fact that 12 year old girls determine the winner makes the show unwatchable for me.
Last season, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Leona Lewis (England's "Pop Idol" champ) would have lost to Lee Dewyze because he was "the cutest guy left" (and that's not to mention that Crystal Bowersox had more talent and musical presence than Dewyze could even dream about).

I am. Change isn't a bad thing. I was completely bored with it the last two or three years so I'm giving it a chance.
I'm glad Nigel is back on helping shape the show. I think it got lame the last few seasons because his influence was missing.
I also think it is good that they have gone to a new label other than Sony...it means we will get a newer catalog of songs the contestants can sing.
I will reserve judgement on the judges until the show starts.
