IIRC about half of whites, and 16-40ish% of all other racial groups are ALDC admits

I have an exceptionally wealthy friend that gets to deal with NYC venture capitalists on the regular. His insights are pretty unique.
While the whole thing is nepotism and largely Jewish people taking care of their own, they do force a level of elitism and rigor on their children’s upbringing. People coming up in the system that is mostly foreign to us.
