I understand it wasn't real. But a scene involving a newborn baby and a porn star is just sick for the sake of being sick. There isn't a purpose other than extreme shock value, which blurs the line between art and snuff films.
Sure...this film isn't real. Snuff films reportedly are real.
However, I choose to imagine that if people are watching and enjoying scenes like that, they have the mentality of a person who enjoys actual snuff films. That's what bothers me about this film - the film makers tried to make a legal film as close to snuff as possible and that's disturbing.

He was cool though, cuz I actually got it the first time and my DVD player wouldn't play the format. So he sent me another copy and that one worked.
