I didn't see this posted this year and I remember how much I used it last season so here goes:

Monday, Jan. 3
"The Bachelor," 8 p.m. (ABC)
"How I Met Your Mother," 8 p.m (CBS)
"Pretty Little Liars," 8 p.m. (ABC Family)
"Rules of Engagement," 8:30 p.m. (CBS)
"Greek," 9 p.m. (ABC Family)
"Two and a Half Men," 9 p.m. (CBS)
"Mike & Molly," 9:30 p.m. (CBS)
"Castle," 10 p.m. (ABC)
"Hawaii Five-0," 10 p.m. (CBS)

Tuesday, Jan. 4
"The Biggest Loser: Couples," 8 p.m. (NBC)
"Live to Dance," 8 p.m. (CBS)
"V," 9 p.m. (ABC)
"Detroit 1-8-7," 10 p.m. (ABC)
"Parenthood," 10 p.m. (NBC)
"Southland," 10 p.m. (TNT)

Wednesday, Jan. 5
"Human Target," 8 p.m. (Fox)
"The Middle," 8 p.m. (ABC)
"Better With You," 8:30 p.m. (ABC)
"Modern Family," (ABC) 9 p.m.
"Cougar Town," 9:30 p.m. ABC
"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m. (NBC)

Thursday, Jan. 6
"Wipeout," 8 p.m. (ABC)
"The Big Bang Theory," 8 p.m. (CBS)
"$#*! My Dad Says," 8:30 p.m. (CBS)
"CSI," 9 p.m. (CBS)
"Grey's Anatomy," 9 p.m. (ABC)
"The Mentalist," 10 p.m. (CBS)
"Private Practice," 10 p.m. (ABC)

Friday, Jan. 7
"Medium," 8 p.m. (CBS)
"CSI: NY," 9 p.m. (CBS)
"Blue Bloods," 10 p.m. (CBS)
"Merlin," 10 p.m. (Syfy)

Sunday, Jan. 9
"The Simpsons," 8 p.m. (Fox)
"Bob's Burgers," 8:30 p.m. (Fox)
"The Cape," 9 p.m. NBC
"Episodes," 9 p.m. (Showtime)
Why: Matt LeBlanc finds a worthy vehicle to drive back into your homes with thanks to this thinly veiled attack on Hollywood's television industry. It takes a few weeks for the show to get cooking, but around episode five, "Episodes" actual begins to rival the funniest shows on television.
"Family Guy," 9 p.m. (Fox)
"The Cleveland Show," 9:30 p.m. (Fox)
"Californication," 9:30 p.m. (Showtime)
"Shameless," 10 p.m. (Showtime)
Why: Emmy Rossum proves she's more than a pretty face by stripping it (and more) bare as Fiona Gallagher in an American adaptation of the white trash British series. William H. Macy is brilliant as her alcoholic father, but it's the supporting cast -- especially Jeremy Allen White & Cameron Monaghan as Gallagher's sons -- that will keep you thirsty for more.

Monday, Jan. 10
"Lie To Me," 9 p.m. (Fox)

Tuesday., Jan. 11
"NCIS," 8 p.m. (CBS)
"NCIS: Los Angeles," 9 p.m. (CBS)
"The Good Wife," 10 p.m. (CBS)
"Lights Out," 10 p.m. (FX)
"Teen Mom 2," 10 p.m. (MTV)

Wednesday., Jan. 12
"Chase," 9 p.m. (NBC)
"Criminal Minds," 9 p.m. (CBS)
"Off the Map," 10 p.m. (ABC)
Why: "Grey's Anatomy" & "Private Practice" creator Shonda Rhimes is two-for-two with hits, but this jungle set doctor series is the first one I'm tempted to watch thanks to a cast of characters who do more than bitch.

Sunday, Jan. 16
"Big Love," 9 p.m. (HBO)
Why: Here's hoping that the final season of this once great show can find The Henrickson's reclaiming their glory -- both on and off-screen.

Monday, Jan. 17
"Chuck," 8 p.m. (NBC)
"House," 8 p.m. (Fox)
"Being Human," 9 p.m. (Syfy)
Why: Finally answers the question: what happens when a werewolf, vampire and ghost all live under the same roof?
"Harry's Law," 10 p.m. (NBC)
"Skins," 10 p.m. (MTV)
Why: Its realistic portrayal of life as a teenager today (drugs! orgies! lesbians!) is bound to whip parents up into a letter-writing frenzy, which is too bad since the topics are tackled in a smart, sensitive and -- fine! -- sexy way.

Tuesday, Jan. 18
"Life Unexpected," 8 p.m. (CW series finale)
"White Collar," 10 p.m. (USA)

Wednesday, Jan. 19
"American Idol," 8 p.m. (Fox)
Why: New judges and rules are definite attention-getters, but we're more intrigued by the near universal assertion that "Idol" is attempting to get back to basics -- crowning the greatest undiscovered singer in America -- for season ten.
"Blue Bloods," 10 p.m. (CBS)

Thursday, Jan. 20
"Bones," 8 p.m. (Fox)
"Community," 8 p.m. (NBC)
"Perfect Couples," 8:30 p.m. (NBC)
"Royal Pains," 9 p.m. (USA)
"The Office," 9 p.m. (NBC)
"Parks & Recreation," 9:30 p.m. (NBC)
Why: The funniest show you're not watching returns in the cush spot between "The Office" and "30 Rock," bringing with it a little more cast eye-candy now that Rob Lowe and Adam Scott have joined as regulars.
"30 Rock," 10 p.m. (NBC)
"Fairly Legal," 10 p.m. (USA)
"Outsourced," 10:30 p.m. (NBC)

Friday, Jan. 21
"Fringe," 9 p.m. (Fox)
"Spartacus: Gods of the Arena," 10 p.m. (Starz)

Monday, Jan. 24
"90210," 8 p.m. (CW)
"Gossip Girl," 9 p.m. (CW)

Tuesday, Jan. 25
"One Tree Hill," 8 p.m. (CW)
"Hellcats," 9 p.m. (CW)

Thursday, Jan. 27
"The Vampire Diaries," 8 p.m. (CW)
"Nikita," 9 p.m. (CW)
"Archer," 10 p.m. (FX)

Friday, Jan. 28
"Smallville," 8 p.m. (CW)
"Supernatural, " 9 p.m. (CW)

Friday, Feb. 4
"The Defenders," 8 p.m. (CBS)

Sunday, Feb. 6
"Glee," following the Super Bowl (Fox)
Why: Speculation abounds as to what -- or who -- TV's most high-profile show will do with TV's most high-profile time slot.

Monday, Feb. 7
"The Chicago Code," 10 p.m. (Fox)
Why: Fast-paced, fascinating and furiously fun, this cop drama is far and away the best new show of the season -- no huge surprise since it comes from "Shield" creator Shawn Ryan, who has successfully transplanted all his cable sensibilities to network television.

Tuesday, Feb. 8
"Raising Hope," 9 p.m. (Fox)
"Traffic Light," 9:30 p.m. (Fox)
Why: Despite having the worst title since "Cougar Town," this relationship comedy is actual quite inventive and laugh out loud funny. The show is at its best when focusing on David Denman and Liza Lapira's marvelous marital interplay.
"Law & Order: Los Angeles," 10 p.m. (NBC)

Wednesday, Feb. 9
"Mr. Sunshine," 9:30 p.m. (ABC)
Why: Matthew Perry swipes his old "Friends'" timeslot as "Cougar Town" goes on hiatus so this workplace comedy -- co-starring Allison Janney and "Better Off Ted's" Andrea Anders -- can benefit from the "Modern Family" lead-in.
"Justified," 10 p.m. (FX)

Wednesday, Feb. 16
"Survivor: Redemption Island," 8 p.m. (CBS)
Why: A tweak to the format (ousted players battle one another for a chance to return) promises to reinvigorate season 22!
"Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior," 10 p.m. (CBS)

Sunday, Feb. 20
"The Amazing Race," 8 p.m. (CBS)

Monday, Feb. 21
"Mad Love," 8:30 p.m. (CBS)
Why: Little is known about this romantic comedy, but it stars Judy Greer, which is reason enough to warrant a shout-out.

Wednesday, Feb. 23
"America's Next Top Model," 8 p.m. (CW)
"Shedding for the Wedding," 9 p.m. (CW)

Monday, Feb. 28
"The Event," 9 p.m. (NBC)

The plot is too unbelievable for me. And the old dude seems like he might have a 12 year old boy tucked away in a dungeon somewhere.
