Richardson is an expiring deal and Randolph is an albatross of a contract and is and absolute black hole of a basketball player. It's not like Memphis gets any worse, it just doesn't really make sense for them.

i think ZBo's a good fit on this memphis team.
He provides a legitimate post presence and will relieve thabeet of the responsibility of doing anything but catching rebounds and blocking shots.

I cant stand the fact that, ever since the talk of the Lebron James "sweepstakes" started, every casual fan brings up "expiring contracts"...just gets on my nerves.
too many teams are focusing on this as well, IMO. I know its gonna be a big FA year, but if a team plays their cards right and builds a team with these other players, someone is gonna be a contender, while others put all their eggs in a basket for Lebron, Wade, Bosh, etc
