I'd take a shot on Chip Kelly right now.
I also think it would be cool to watch Chip Kelly coach at UT of Austin. Imagine him being able to recruit the top notch talent out of TX and not have to ship them to Oregon.

Surprised to see so many people say David Shaw. Shaw reminds me a lot of Jim Caldwell in sense that whenever the camera pans over to him, he shows ZERO emotion. Like he looks like he's thinking "Maybe if I try really hard, nobody will notice I'm here." I don't want that in a coach; I feel like I can't trust them. I want emotion. However not as much as Coach Boom shows. Way too much.

Honestly, I would probably want Willie Taggart. He's a tough nosed coach who doesn't put up with poor behavior, and demands discipline. I think he has the demeanor to be a solid NFL coach.
I would not want Kelly because gimmicky offenses don't succeed in the NFL. I think it has to be a defensive guy if I'm making that choice.
