It's not very often you see a team get a goal and a penalty at the same time. I don't know if I've ever personally seen that.

I didn't see that. Must have been after the goal?
It almost never happens, but it's gonna blow the new hockey fans minds when they see the goalie pulled on a delayed penalty and there ends up being an own goal on a hard pass to the defense that is missed.

My favorite hockey announcer. Gary Thorne was freaking awesome when I was growing up too.
Those late 90's and early 00's Wings/Av's games will never be matched. That's one of the reasons I started playing hockey myself.
