Every shot your PG takes is a shot a much better scorer doesn't get to take. Much better to have an elite passer than a ball-dominant scoring pg.

But even if you go straight across with:
Stockton, Drexler, Durant, Dirk, Shaq, that's still pretty killer. And you actually improve on defense.

Jordan is a better deffender than Drexler.
Pippen is far superior on D than KD.
KG is far superior on D than Dirk.
I give dream the edge on D as well.

You wouldn't. I had the teams mixed up when I was typing it, because I was comparing Garnett to Dirk and Pippen to KD and was like "Yeah, that's way better on D."

He would get it
That's why I paired him with a stretch 4 in Dirk, a selfless player in Pippen and the best passer ever in Magic. He and Michael would carry the load in the scoring department and Dirk would give him all the room he needs down low.
