What makes you think anyone needs him to remember us?
I assume you have a favorite team/player. Do you suppose your team knows or cares who YOU are? We pull for Joe because we like him, and we respect his guts. Oh yeah, and he won us a national championship.
The NFL, as a whole, is something many of us no longer care about. I'm always going to pull for Joe. If that bothers you, I don't care.

Actually the initial call out was because of the number of threads you all were making. It's obnoxious to flood a board but I make one thread and in 20 minutes its three pages deep with 120+ downvotes. The groupthink here is hilarious
