see game 3 when Scherzer faces Garcia.
I don't know.
It's kind of the same page as what you said about Fister. I don't think anyone gives Garcia enough credit. I don't think too many people expected him to make it through the entire season in the Yankees rotation, let alone finish with a winning record.. and look decent while doing it.

game 1 is HUGE. could make or break the series for either team.

ESPN just reported Jorge will be on the postseason roster and will be the team's DH in the ALDS.
So I guess the guy that hit .328 with a .996 OPS the last month of the year will be on the bench. Sorry but that is fricking ridiculous.

Chris Dickerson is on the roster too.
More valuable than Golson, I guess.

Tigers do not scare me except Verlander
Verlander actually doesn't put the fear of god in me like Cliff Lee does as a Yanks fan. Yankees struggle with lefties and should be ok against Verlander. My heart wants to say Yankees win this series, but Nova's first playoff appearance scares me. Also not sure how much production we get out of A-Rod, Tigers in 5.
We will definitely need our bullpen to step up big time, wish we were playing the Minnesota Twins

I know I should, but I feel like both teams are eerily similar, Top Heavy rotation with a stellar bullpen and a lineup that can hit for power complemented with speed and don't make many defensive mistakes. Going to be a solid series...CAN’T WAIT for tonight, GO YANKS

Are you sure you're a Yankee fan??? Living in NYC, I'm only hearing blah blah 27 rings blah blah chew up and spit Verlander out blah blah Tigers can't hang blah blah etc.

Not all Yankee fans view it this way.
Some of us are realistic.

Positive, just like paperstreet said I'm realistic. After 01 I learned the hard way never to be overconfident

I know, I've read your posts. But like I said, I live in NYC (actually about 10 minutes from the Stadium).
