This is a fricking 11 based on the evidence and level of detail. Jesus Christ. Miami is beyond fricked.
ETA: It's crazy what one booster can do. Even though he has implicated several members of their staffs as knowing what was going on. But ultimately the majority of people who caused it won't pay the price, and that's the sad part about the situation.
