people say Rose should not have ran him over in merely an exhibition game. Well, maybe Fosse should not have been blocking the plate in a mere exhibition game.

Robert Edwards' leg almost had to be amputated after that knee injury in the beach/flag football game. He did win NFL comback player of the year with the Dolphins a few years later. Jesus, the talent Jim Donnan had at UGA (Edwards, Hines Ward, Champ... )
