Fluke game to be honest. But it counts all the same. They took advantage of a well rested team as they should’ve and rode the emotion of the crowd while Snell wasn’t sharp from the get go. nah. I’m just not going to overreact to what was basically one inning from hell. After tonight’s game that could change. I’ll be here one way or the other eating crow or celebrating.

My gut reaction was that it had to do with a child. I have no idea if they have kids but “deeply personal matter”… that screamed the health of a child to me and I hope that isn’t the case. If it were a divorce I’d be out there playing.

I totally agree. He’s the guy I trust the most on the staff. Battle tested in big games and he’s delivered. I think Snell will move on quickly from this assuming we get to game 5.
