Seattle has a shitty QB, no running game, and a terrible defense. Tavaris will be benched half way through the season and then Whitehurst will struggle.
And that pretty much sums up the Seahawks. Looking at the schedule, I see a maximum of 5 wins. I would guess about 3.

As much as I want Luck, the Redskins will not be the worst team in the NFL next year. They somehow managed to win 6 games last year, and they have a more talented roster this year. They've only downgraded at one position and that's at QB.
