Same. On one hand I hate for one penalty to be worth that much, but if you're about to allow a long pass it's better to just interfere and keep it a 15 yard play under college rules, NFL discourages desperation interference the way they enforce it.
Although idk what the disparity of PI being called is in an average game between the NFL and the NCAA, and in reality I can't really recall too many instances of intentional interference to prevent a big play.

That throwback is such a wisconsin play. They run it almost every game and the guys is always open
