They can barely handle Arizona State.

Both teams are 6-2, while LSU lost to two of the top 3 teams, USC was blown out by Oregon and lost to a team LSU beat.

With their starting QB playing USC only lost 1 game. The UW game, although a loss, was without Barkley and came down to the end of the game. If Barkley plays USC wins. But he didn't and they lost. Oh well. Yes USC has 2 losses, but look who all they are playing without. No SJ, no Havili, no Mays vs. UW, missing a LB. Let USC and LSU play in late Dec or Jan and see who is better. USC would dominate

So do LSU fans not have to count today since they lost their starting QB and starting RB in addition to a number of key defensive players?
What about Iowa, are they still undefeated?

think the buck stops there. I'm hesitant to say USC will be over LSU - I don't think they will - and Pittsburgh *and* Iowa might both drop lower despite better records.
Being only one week removed, Oregon will not drop behind USC.

This thread is funny. LSU looses a shot at the SEC CG and a BCS bowl and there are three pages debating whther LSU will be ahead of USC.

they love USC at LSU. It is a secret love they just don't want nobody to know.

But LSU's players played still. USC's didn't play at all. If you give Barkley one half against UW USC wins by 2 TD's

coming over here to rag on lsu fans is more pathetic

Voters won't keep the PAC 10 out of the top ten. Both their top teams lost to unranked teams. I see USC jumping LSU just because of that alone. My question is will they drop Oregon passed LSU. LSU did lose to two of the best in the country but I guess it just matters how much of the game voters watched. LSU with their players healthy might have won today. Once two players got injured the score did not really dictate the game overall.

usc being ranked over lsu would be a joke

both team's ranking is irrelevant as long as they are in the top 14
