They have looked like garbage the last month.

They are 7-9 over their last 16 games and are currently losing by 29 to Utah at the half. If that holds up, they will limp into the playoffs losing 10 of their last 17 games

You sure they’re not simply trying to shut things down tonight?

Durant, Klay, and Draymond all started and they played a combined 52 minutes in the first half

It’s done...it’s over....

But seriously, people severely downgrade the importance of Steph Curry. Once he gets to full strength, Issa Wrap

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't, but definitely not putting my money on it. Depends how much time Steph ends up missing and how effective he is when he returns. He's what makes them tick, not KD.

I think their struggles down the stretch can be attributed to a little bit of rust considering Dray, KD, and Klay all missed time post-ASB. Then you're trying to work in Cook getting starter's minutes when we has only been there a couple of weeks. The injury bug has not been kind to them this year.

People seem to think they will be able to just "flip a switch" and turn into the unbeatable team of the past.

That is not going to happen.

If their guys are healthy and they don't incur much trouble in the first round without Steph, unequivocally yes

I agree.

On January 29th, Golden State has the best record in the NBA by 4 games with a 40-10 record.

Once they lose tonight, GS will have went 18-14 since then.

Jazz have lead by as much as 45 I think. We have won the season series vs GSW 3-1. If Utah gets the 3 seed and wins in the first round, I’m not so sure they wouldn’t welcome a GSW matchup.

3 games. 3 blowouts.

Game 1: 54.3% from the field
Game 2: 52.6% from the field
Game 3: 51.2% from the field

If Steph comes back, nobody is even taking them to 7 games. Houston can beat them if Steph isn't around.

If they don’t stop them, I can def see them extending that series though, they’re playing at such an elite level and building confidence for that matchup without Steph it could very well be a dogfight
