They make a living off of beating weak arse Oregon State and Oregon who never knows when the season starts.
Boise State has never beaten a BCS Conference team other than Oregon or Oregon State in the regular season since they became relevant around 1999 yet they say they deserve a spot in the national championship game.

I don't hate Boise, some of Tech's more memorable games have come against Boise. Tech hasn't beaten them in a long time, but the games are almost always entertaining. I'm going to miss having them in the WAC

quote:I actually do believe that. BSU has gone 4-1 vs. BCS teams over the past four years. The four victories have all come against 10+win teams (ironically, the one loss came to 4-9 Washington). There are not 20 BCS schools who would have gone 4-1 (or better) vs 10-3 Oregon, 10-3 Oregon (again), 4-9 Washington, 10-4 Oregon State, and 11-3 Oklahoma.
Do you not believe you could list 20-25 teams that would go 49-4 against the WAC?
quote:Well, you and I go back far enough for me to simply tell you that I see three things wrong with that statement and don't need to explain them.
One of the best WAC teams of the last 5 years got SKULLfrickED by a 2 loss UGA that didn't win their division

The Broncos are 2-0 in BCS games brah. A lot of schools from BCS conferences would kill for that record.

Every school from a BCS conference has a tougher road to get to BCS games.

quote:So why don't those schools leave their current conferences and join the WAC? They'd have an easier road to BCS games (ie, BCS $), and they'd certainly have no problem winning the WAC every year since they'd only have to beat BSU.
