Why is there not a 5A team that can challenge West Monroe

Do you mean the same team over and over like when Evangel was in 5A?
There really aren't that many 5A "football factories" in the state besides WM. But apparently there are good enough teams each year to challenge them, otherwise they would win yearly championships.

Well, that's pretty much your answer. All other "football factories" like Evangel and John Curtis were sent down in class because many of the other school principals complained.

seriously this is a pointless thread bc west monreo plays the easiest scheudle possible and the easiest district in 5a so of course no one will challenge them if acadiana stm carencro or wesgate played that scheudle they would also be undefeated
they are not challended untill playoffs and you usually dont get the same team for playoffs so there have been teams to challenge them and i think both acadiana and stm can best them

Hahnville played in 3 5A title games- winning 2, Destrehan won back to back in 07 & 08. WM has been a top program since the mid 90's but people can compete with them, maybe not the same school every year but each year there are teams that can.

why do you people stir up the rebel homers? now we will get 20 pages of their crap. (see other posts on here) we all know they dont deserve their national ranking because of the weak district and how they do not play any of the national powerhouses like the others do.
