i forgot where i was saying this, i forget people on a message board could get torn in half, and could still walk it off.
Give it a rest. The injury is different for everyone. But people walk around with torn up knees all the time. I have a friend who had a torn ACL for over a year before getting it fixed.

he quit on his team in the NFC Championship game
Tom Brady hurt his knee in the 1st half of the AFC Championship against the Steelers and Bledsoe ended up finishing the rest of the game. But Brady still started the Super Bowl. I assume then that the Golden Boy didn't quit because his team won. Dumb logic.
Cutler has been sacked 52 times this year, missed a game and a half with a concussion and been knocked around countless times, yet the guy hasn't complained yet. The guy might be a jerk, but questioning his toughness doesn't make sense. You can walk on a torn MCL. Different injuries affect people different ways. If Cutler has minimal or no damage, then I guess he's fair game for criticism, but bashing him without all the facts is pointless now.

i was telling my dad before the game how it doesn't seem like cutler even cares. he appears like he is just going thru the motions.. this is just my opinion.. i really hate his footwork when he drops back to pass fwiw.. and his effortless throwing the ball up for grabs..
i recognize cutler has been thru a lot this season, but no nfl qb should complain to begin with. i'm not going to credit him for doing what every other qb should do in the same shoes.. besides, i actually think cutler was better when he was a whiney baby in denver.. bc atleast he showed he cared..

It was a transmitter that they use to listen to the play that the OC is relaying to the HC and the QB.
You know, because a guy who doesn't give a shite might want to know what's going on...

I really don't get the 'Cutler doesn't care' argument. He gets angry with himself for missing throws and he doesn't mind giving the refs a piece of his mind (he even got a personal foul for complaining about a receiver being held earlier in the season).
When any other player gets fired-up about a call, he has a competitive spirit, but when Cutler does, he's a cry baby. When any other player stays calm and expressionless during a game, he's considered to have nerves of steel, but when Cutler does, he's disinterested and doesn't care. Double standards run rampant when the player in question is perceived to be a douchebag.

Hello Brandon Spikes.
Brandon Spikes is a bit of a douche too. What's your point?

i don't think he is a douche bag for it.. but his comments in interviews after games come off as douche-like.. even when they win.
all i know is cutler played like total shite in the biggest game of his career and then he quit.

I think you are probably right about him having AS and I bet mommy and daddy refused to deal with it as a kid. It didn't make the DSM until 94 so figure when he was a kid, few docs or shrinks back then knew about it or tested for it. Then lets face it, if you're a hot shot athelete like he was or a gorgeous woman, you can get away with the awkward behavior alot longer.
