LSU fans are just forever broken. It's particularly bad today across all the boards on this site.

It’s telling that Bama fans response to the fact that one again they’re getting an undeserved mulligan is to claim LSU fans are “broken” or shout “melt”.

The reason is, they can’t justify why they are in.

Let's not forget one of Alabama's "ranked wins" we are supposed to be impressed with was against Missouri, who's starting QB was injured and did not play that game.

And since last year the Playoff committee set the precedent of taking injured players on teams into account when making rankings, that Missouri win should not be counted as a quality win for Bama.

Unless of course the Playoff Committee is no longer taking that into account because "It's Bama stupid"

You're a fan of a team that got in with two losses during the BCS era.

You think this is the only fanbase with bama fatigue? Of course not. No one but bama fans want bama in. You’re just exposed to swaths of LSU fans because no bama alum can create a message board worth a damn.

And? LSU was undoubtedly one of the two most deserving teams in the country to play for the BCS Championship in 2007.

Go look at the week 14 (post conf championship) BCS standings. Teams 2-7 all had two losses.

#3 Virginia Tech lost head to head to LSU 48-7.

LSU got the opportunity to play for the BCS title because they earned it and their resume was clearly superior to any other contender, based on the criteria laid out before the season.

In contrast, Alabama’s resume, based on the criteria laid out beforehand, is inferior to Ole Miss this season. The selection committee is changing what is allegedly important to get Bama in.
