I'm still waiting for you to define what "stupid shite" is. Because that is exactly what a judge would like to hear if he signed this contract and his guarantees were voided.

both. theres nothing in the verbiage that gives ole boy an out because its something he said or did before the contract was signed, and theres nothing in the clause that says "this only applies to you being a good boi goin forward" either.

Except the clause doesn’t say “comments made” it says comments he makes. So why are you asking me to answer something different from what we are discussing lol
