He is better because he was able to build a team around him, guys wanted to come and play with him, Lebron after what 12+ season in the "Land" is still on an "island"..by himself. It's still a team game folks!!

Lebron is probably the greatest individual player of all time, sorry Jordan fans, but like Curry, Jordan was able to surround him self with other great players and coach. Lebron can't get a "B" player to come to Clev and play with him, his best supporting cast member was Kyrie who left him ASAP.

So not only do you have to be great but you have to be likable for other guys to want to play with you. I mean what logical player would not want to play with Lebron?

SO there is only 2 answers, either he is completely unplayable with as a team mate or Cleveland is such a pisshole that nobody wants to move there...and don't get me wrong Cleveland winters are nothing short of punishment.....so maybe little column A lil column B??

What gives, waiting answers.

You clearly have no clue of how that team was built before KD came.

I do think, if your goal is to win games, Curry is probably the better guy to build around

3 > 2

so... I guess I agree?

That team had won a title and broken records without KD

Also doesn't seem to have a clue as to how the Bulls were built. Players like Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman were traded to the Bulls.

Curry's weak ankles are the reason KD was able to join them without taking a pay cut.

That team was built through quality draft picks, much like Oklahoma City.

Cleveland drafted Anthony Bennett.

We've seen Jordan's ability to build a team. It is awful.

Cleveland drafted the likes of Anthony Bennett, dion waiters, and Tristan Thompson.

Sorry that they're just ran horribly.

They were were able to build this team around Curry because he was too feeble and broken to demand a max contract back in 2013.

There was definitely good drafting with Klay and Draymond but they couldn't have afforded Iguodala if Steph was on a max contract, and he was the linchpin that won them their first championship.

I think it has more to do with Cleveland being a shithole country and Oakland being in California. Even though Oakland is hood, it's still Cali.

What other "great" players did Jordan surround himself with?

I'll give you Scottie Pippen...and that's about it. Rodman made zero all-star games a Bull. Longley? Harper? Kukoc? Armstrong?

These are "great" players?

Now compare that to who LeBron surround himself with. It's laughable.

Such a disingenuous graphic in multiple ways.

I wouldn't use all star games int his common era.
Fan votes and then fill the roster based on what teams they want.

Rodman in his time as a bull was a 2 time all defense, all NBA 3rd team and lead the league in Rebounds 3 years.

that's not what I meant, but yes

But, to be honest, I think Steph might be a better player to build around because he's similarly efficient offensively and doesn't need the ball as much to be as successful. Lebron is more physically dominant and impressive, obviously, and if you need a bucket to win the game I'm going with Lebron by a wide margin over Curry, but I don't know that makes him necessarily the more effective player overall
