I'd never say that ULL is basically a JUCO, because that's dumb as shite.
But you could definitely make a case for LSU over Tulane when you take into account tuition, cost of living, etc.

I love being part of a school....and region....that has always striven to be better. You can call that delusional, etc., but we call it the great American way. And we will succeed.

There's a UL-Lake Charles, UL-Hammond, UL-Natchitoches, etc? Didn't know that.
And ULM tried to use "Louisiana" years ago and failed.
