Padres scored 3 runs on a AAA guy that pitched all of 4 innings in MLB this year. And then scored 1 run against the guys we threw out there to concede the game. They were outhit by the dumpster fire that is the Braves offense. I'd slow my roll on picking them right now.

They’re the best 2nd half team in baseball, and it ain’t a fluke. Don’t be surprised when they knock off the juggernauts in order Dodgers, Phillies, Yankees.

Now that the Yankees v. Dodgers WS is set, my guess is that the Yankees offense with Judge, Soto and Stanton is too much firepower for Dodger pitching to stop. Also, for the Dodgers, Freeman is hurt, which takes a part of their offense out.

Dodger pitching v Yankee pitching - I give the edge to Yankee pitching.

Bet on the Yanks to win the WS.

I'm picking the Dodgers. I have a feeling Freeman will catch fire in the post season but Ohtani might get hurt.

Let's wait until it's over before we pat ourselves on the back.

Can you do a similar summary before next year’s World Series? Need to send the kiddos to college & betting the opposite would pay for that & a pretty good vacation.

I actually put my money on that, before they made it to the World Series.
Made this bet before the ALCS and NLCS.
